Ali Kasa is the Managing Director and also the founder of Egnatia Group - a diversified group with core business in human resource development, ICT solutions, and market research.
He holds degree in Law and Masters in Comparative Laws specialized in International Trade Laws. He also holds MBA degree in Entrepreneurship and he is a Certified Event Manager by University of Technology Sydney, Australia.
With solid 10 years of hands-on experiences in businesses from various positions with different industries and not to forget lecturing experience with various MBA programs as well as training in areas such as marketing, sales, customer experience, service recovery and event management, he has indeed created a unique and valuable blend of theories and best practices.
Ali has worked and helped more that hundreds of organizations worldwide on different capacities. Among the renowned organizations are DHL, Ricoh, CSC, Felda, Maybank, CIMB, Alliance Bank, Astro, TNB, Time Dot Com, UEM Group, Eagle Mobile, Atlas Copco, Sarawak Tourism Board, UCSI University, YKGI, MISC Shipping, Proton, Holcim, Biotech Corporation etc.
Ali is currently writing 2 books which are about to be published namely 'Coaching for Significance' and 'X,Y,Z, Boom'. Both books are related to people Management in Business Environment.
